The report from Nelsons Ledges is GOOD !! David's Viper spun out of Turn 2 and went through the Corner Station at Oak Tree. No one was hurt,  corner workers are fine. More to follow.

1st  Tom Sloe, under track record

2nd Gaudette  (slow on track)

T2

1st Baten, F body

2nd Ziegler GXP

3rd Hines Z

4th Moore GXP

Baten started 3rd in T2, passed Ziegler and Hines on the start and never looked back. Ziegler got next to him on the front straight a few times.....

T3

Spaud(sp?) Cobalt

followed by a bunch of S2k's

 

SSC

1st Lipperini WAY under track record in Civic

2nd Sam Ryan

3rd Mrs. Ryan

I wouldn't call the Dave Pintaric crash GOOD by any stretch, as he totaled his Viper.

 There were new track records in SSB 1:16.897 by Mike Scornavacchi - Solstice,  SSC Joel Lipperini 1:19.349 - Corolla XRS and in Spec Miata but who cares about them anyway.

 Mrs. Ryan is AKA Susan and she was testing one of Joel's cars.

So the F Body won. Wow. Guess it isn't so dead afterall.

Does anybody know what car Tom Sloe was driving in T1? He was an AS guy last few years.

According to the announcer Joel did a 1:19.2 on Sunday, but I could be wrong.
