Mod Class at Atlanta National Tour

It looks like I’ll be taking an XP car for a joyride in E-Mod this weekend at the Atlanta National Tour but have no one to race against!  Also, none of the mod classes have more than 3 entries.  I was wondering if any of you guys that are signed up in D-Mod and C-Mod are interested in an A-Mod showdown?  If I recall correctly there are no bump classes at a Tour, so if we all pile into a-mod at least someone can wing two hoosiers instead of one.

    Anyone?

I’ll change my registration to A-mod and try see if I can goad anyone on Friday to do the same.

    See you there,

I thought that Hoosier gave two tires for 1st place regardless, as long as there were 3 cars in class?

Nevertheless, if our other competitor in C Mod is up for it, I'd be willing to consider switching to A Mod.  Got to convince my co-driver/car owner/father as well... Big Smile

Nick is correct, with the 3 minimum in the class you qualify for 2 tires to 1st place.  Then you would need the minimum of 5 drivers to also claim 1 tire for 2nd place.  Just remember when you guys go switching up classes you are going to mess with Rick Ruth.  Stick out tongue

I think my running in C Mod would mess with Rick Ruth, too. Wink

ahhh... my bad, I thought 3 drivers = 1 tire.  nm, it probably doesn't make sense then.  Hopefully I run near the same time as DM and maybe try for some bragging rights with Tom.

it's weird racing in a one car class.

I know what you mean... until Raymond showed up on the entry list I was going to measure success by how badly I could beat the FM cars (or try not to lose to one...).

I'd still be willing to do it, except that AM is slated for group 1 and CM for group 2.  I'd like to run as late as possible...
