what do you got,I've searched all over the net for pics. of EM cars and only found a few.I'm building a new EM car and was just looking for ideas of what people are running.

I just became a member of that group in the last few days, but I have not found any pictures of EM cars yet.

There's a picture of an E/M car at the top of the D/E Mod Group Messages Page.  Then look in the "Photos" section for some more.  After that, just post a message to the group asking for pictures of E/M cars.  Good luck with your build!

Here's a few of shots I took at the Tour in May.  The 1st gen Miata is a 3 rotor 20B with a trick offset engine location.  Don't know much about the Lotus other than it was a V6 (IIRC, a GM 3800).  I co-drive the orange '68 Datsun 2000, its got a 2.4L 240SX motor with an Eaton SC (I've got more shots of the Datsun at a few events last year and this year).  The final shot is a 1st gen RX-7 w/ a SBC I co-drove in '04.  There are more of the RX-7 here.  I got some shots of other EM Lotus' that came out for an event last year here.  There was a scattering of other EM cars that have come out, I just can't remember specific dates to give you a link to the event pics.

Wasn't there some stink about it running in 2006? Something about the body not being close enough to a LLA7 because of the lower skirts or a unique nose or something? Did anything come of that?

The Datsun is quite a handful to drive but a real blast, hopefully we can get the issues worked out and be a bit more competitive....

Looks like we won't be running it this weekend 'cuz the replacement 'puter is not in from Australia yet, so it'll be the 'Stang
