I'm willing to help with setting up and running the tournament, but I'd rather someone else took care of the registration, room reservations, and pizza ordering duties.

I just called the hotel and asked to talk with someone about reserving a room.  They will want a deposit, and then an estimate of the pizza count.  I think I paid in full on the day of the tourney.

 I resemble that remark.... I actually told Erik I was going ot eat $50 in pizza the first year. I went out really fast. Then I got suckered out on a good hand by someone with four of a kind.
