Well the day has come to finally sell the Alpha car. Its not something I really want to do, but its necessary to make room in the shop (and the budget!) to build the next Vorshlag race car(s). The looks, sounds and performance of this race car are like nothing else. Legal for SCCA Solo XP class and NASA TTU time trial class, with a NASA logbook issued in 2009. The Alpha car was essentially reborn this year with the new 550hp, 7500 rpm 7.0 liter V8 installed in July 2009 and the Tremec TR-6060 6-spd going in back in August 2009. The Hoosiers R6 tires are brand new, as is the SPA fire system, harnesses, Accusump, oil cooler/plumbing, and many other parts. Of course it has the full Vorshlag/Dallas Performance LS1 swap kit, and everything is finished to our exacting standards. A roll cage and exhaust were custom fabricated built by Dallas Performance, with custom steel fender flares added by Vorshlag.
