2 Replies and 1952 Views Bowling Green KY Match Tour at NCM May2-3  1952  2 Started by  Catch-22 For those that haven't run a Match Tour the format is unique and very fun. - The new sealer on that lot means if it is cold and not sunny, there is no grip atall.  Our first 3 runs in first heat felt exactly like driving in a light rain on slicks, then the sun came out for about 20 minutes and we dropped big chunks of time, then it went back behind the clouds and things got slick again.  If it's cold, cloudy AND raining, we might want to consider cancelling the event because I'm guessing it will be alot like driving on ice.  We were getting whe...

When you register for PE1 you'll notice a note at the top of the page breaking out 10 indexed 'Super Classes.'  If your goal is more competition and fewer classes, register for the appropriate one. With PE1 also being a Great Lakes divisional this complicates things a bit, as if you are running for Divisional points you'll need to register in your regular class.  If you don't care about divisional points, you can register in an indexed class and it doesn't matter.  If you plan to...

8 Replies and 1664 Views PE 8  1664  8 Started by  Catch-22 I liked Evan's course a lot.  It was a nice combination of fast offsets, sweepers and tight features that were tricky, which is pretty much what you are going to find with national level event courses.  If there was one downside it was that the course was not particularly novice friendly as we had lots of spins, DNFs and a whooooole lot of cone killing from the less experienced entrants.  I think this was probably a combination of some features that suckered people into overd...
