Looking for  locost (shortcut/527)  E-DMOD build for 2019 season. The plan is to import kit and put Cruze/Sonic 1.4 turbo engine/Isuzu T5 transmission. Any help whit engine management will help. I know some fast guys here use this engine. I'm looking for info were/how to adopt OEM wiring to run this engine outside GM shell.  Vic.

Some background: 26 years ago, my dad gave me a low km 5.3 litre Jag V12 to do whatever I wanted with it. Many ideas have been considered, such as a replica 1962 F1 racecar or a Rat Rod but after going to the SCCA Nationals and seeing the crazy crations in E-Mod, I found my project. The engine orientation (transverse stays transverse and longitudinal stays longitudinal) and the engine bay location must not be changed (front-engine stays front-engine, mid-engine stays mid-engine, and rearengine stays rear-engine). Can you swap a transverse engine donor and place it longitudinal to match the race car's original longitudinal orientation Just checking though I assume the 'If it doesn't say it , you can't do' rule applies.
