3 Replies and 1745 Views Transponder  1745  3 Started by  E30Ray Where can I find a transponder None of the regions seem to have any left this late in the season. Can I buy one from a commercial vendor I've searched the internet, but haven't found one. The used ones have been sold by the time I responded. I need a treansponder for the SCCA school October 27-29 at Summit Point. If there is anyone in my neighborhood (Jersey Shore, Rumson area) that would lend (or rent) one to me for the weekend, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Is a regional license used to drive in any regional event, but not in national events Is that the distinction with regard to regional licensing, i.e.,...

8 Replies and 686 Views Street Touring/Street Mod analog for club racing?  686  8 Started by  DBurkhead I was wondering if anyone else thought that a club racing analog of Solo II's 'Street Touring' and 'Street Mod' classes would be a good idea for Club racing. The idea would be for streetable, and street licensed, cars with basic safety gear and a limited set of mods (more limited than IT in the case of a 'Street Touring' equivalent). The idea would be something that you could drive to the track and race--you may end up taking the bus home if you bend it on the track, but that's another story.-----...
