0 Replies and 922 Views New car for the class  922  0 Started by  Nickdaman31 Hey guys, I'm somewhat new to club racing. Only problem is it's not in the GCR for anything and I'm not trying to build it out into a big bad GT car. It's a 2003 Saab 9-3 sedan. I've seen the fast tracks and I know they are always upd...

2 Replies and 1737 Views NESCCA Returns to the Northeast  1737  2 Started by  Terry Hanushek NESCCA Returns to the Northeast At its spring meeting, the NEDiv National Racing Committee decided to reactivate the NESCCA National Racing Championship Series. The series was very prominent in the late 1990's but has been inactive for the past decade. The primary purpose of the revived series is to provide National-level competition and a championship for the majority of NEDiv National drivers who do not attend the Runoffs. An analysis has shown that about 80 of the dr...

1 Replies and 3110 Views SCCA endurance racing  3110  1 Started by  rallyfan555 Recently I've been involved in discussions with two different members of my Chumpcar team about wanting to move the team to the next level in endurance racing. I see a few SCCA sanctioned endurance races, but nothing resembling a series to base a team around or much of anything at all in the CenDiv/MidDiv area. The new owners of the track are planning to build a whole new Road Course, but how far will that go if they can't get events, and how can the Region...
