3 Replies and 909 Views Ok, classing who how  909  3 Started by  Balrok Hey guys. Not entirely new to SCCA, used to autocross an GS VW back in high school, then Dad took me on my first road course, and it's been downhill from there. Now i've moved to NW Arkansas and find myself out of NASA territory and back in SCCA territory. So I went to the site, downloaded all the GCR and forms and started to read through, only to keep ge...

4 Replies and 689 Views Car class question?  689  4 Started by  MoeBawlz I have an 84' Fiero that was once prepped for ITB. I have made one change to it and that has been to replace the dash with a sheet metal dash. From my understanding, doing this has put me out of ITB. Not a big deal to get a dash back in, but can a dash be modified with cut outs and plates for gauges and so on to be installed and still be in ITB Also I am considering a motorswap in the future, potentially an ecotec 4 cylinder. In doing this I know I am out of ITB, but does the SCCA offer any...

I wanted to get some dialogue about how people felt the track was, ammenities etc. I have only ran a car at 4 of the tracks listed, but I crewed and helped in the pits at the others, so, I am asking about overall impressions ...
