0 Replies and 678 Views A great help to work on your race car around Dallas...  678  0 Started by  Rob Lay I would like to thank Barry Thomas for all the help he's given me getting the RX7 sorted out after initial purchase. Barry told me it would be ok to spread the word that he can help out with your race car too. I think we're lucky to have someone around like Barry, that has the extensive experience on both the wrench and wheel end of racing. I'll let him tell his stories, I'll just give some teasers though... IRL, Speedvision WC, and Karting F1 support races. Barry has very reasonable rates and w...

6 Replies and 883 Views Tired of the 1.8 instead of 2.9 at TWS, this is Wrong!!  883  6 Started by  SteedaQ It happened again!!!! Show up expecting a 2.9 and get cheated with the 1.8..If I'm not mistaken this is the 3rd or 4th time in a row. It's not fair that we drive 6 hours and expect to spend all weekend to race the 2.9 and end up on a 1.8 mile course. What makes this worse is this is a national event! If I knew that it was going to be a 1.8 I probabily would not have gone and I know several others who definatly would not have gone. And in fact there were several people that left saturday after dr...

At 1:30 p.m., CBS showed live the TRANS AM race from Sears Point (I think), but ch. 11 showed a infomercial for some hair restoration deal. When that was over, they aired an hour of 'Texas Cable News'. The only way I found out about was off another board. Did they delay or not show the golf game that was suppose to be on at 3:00 p.m. I wil...
