Take two parts autocross and one part drag racing, mix thoroughly and you get Drag/Cross. Drivers face off, side-by-side at a “drag race” start, before launching themselves down a straightaway and into mirror image autocross courses. Several rounds of class competition give drivers more seat time than a traditional autocross. Not only do these runs determine the class winners, it sets the overall qualifying order for the second part of the event which determines the overall winner. The top qualifiers enter into single elimination brackets and run off until only one remains; the Top Eliminator. Top-level class competition, lots of seat time, awesome courses, heads up competition, the community and camaraderie of autocross, and the excitement of drag racing all combine to make Drag/Cross the most intense form of autocross on the planet!!
This will be all happening at Grissom Aeroplex, north of Kokomo on US 31. On SATURDAY, April 13th.

These are where we will be starting at. At this point this is still in experimental stages. If afterwards we feel something needs adjusted, we will be addressing it then.
We are hoping this brings another outlet for fun in the region. The only way this can happen is with the support of our members and competitors. Please come out and have some fun, and be sure to spread the word.
