Hi Subie Gal!

I decided I needed a new "handle" (username) instead of using my last name.

There is. If you're able to go out of country for a little fun in the snow. Thunderbird TSD Rally in BC. OK, that's a long way from home and technically its not a speed event, but its worth it. I ran Totem in November - a blast!

Dashing through the snow, in a 2.5L Suby...

Hmmm.... Hakkas. I like my Blizzak MZ-01's

They made the snow and ice feel like the freeway.

But they still leave it slick enough for the obligatory powerslide. Wheeeeeeeee!!!!!!

Have fun and good luck. I'm going to miss T-Bird. SCCAForums Image Vacationing in the land down under in February. SCCAForums Image

I'm probably going to be there. Jan 21! I can't wait. I'm not too keen on Bremerton, but I guess we don't have a lot of choices right now.

    Slush series....

I haven't run north of Portland yet. What's the routine for running in Bremerton? Where can I look to find out more about the slush series?

I wanna play in the rain! But I need to know the when and how. Classes? Run groups? Schedule for the day? Particularly for the Jan 21 date. Help, anyone?

Go to www.wwscc.org and click on the calander icon for the NW schedule. It's not all done yet, but keep the home page bookmarked and read it throughout the season. You can also join the mailing list from there as well to read all the local chit-chat from our region.
