    Click this link :)

    How to post pics

    Or read this:

How to upload a photo to your "USER" directory for embedding into a Forum post.

    1. In the Rich Text Editor (not using quick reply) click on the PAPERCLIP icon in the Tool Bar
    2. Choose Insert Media
    3. In the FOLDER listing on the left expand USERS, Expand the folders under users until you get down to your specific user folder (you won't see any other folders)
    4. Choose your userid folder, click on UPLOAD in the Image Manager, browse to the photo on your computer.
    5. Select the photo you've uploaded, choose INSERT
    6. Post your message

Once you do it once... very easy.

When I click "Insert Media", "Image Manager" comes on and I can't find the "User" folder there. How can I find the "User" folder so that I can post some photos?

    These directions aren't correct.
I followed the directions, and no "USERS" folder is displayed.
Tried it with multiple browsers, just in case it was another IE8 incompatibility, but that didn't make any difference.

    Can't find it either.

One can try a "plan b". Assuming one has a Photobucket account (free and easy), just copy the html code from the drop down menu under each picture. That said, for some reason I have to paste the info, submit, click edit, and then submit again. And poof !!!!!!!!!!!! A picture.

Posting photos to this site seems to be an ongoing problems that no one seems to be able to fix. Some people can post photos and some can't. It seems that only members with the super secret password can do this.

Would someone please explain how to post photos that doesen't use a fictional "users" folder, or a seperate online photo program.

There is nothing fictional about it, the problem is a permissions issue with the latest software updates that I haven't been able to address yet.

For those of you who want to post photos, I would encourage you to use external hosting services for the photos, flickr, photobucket, hell even Facebook.

If Bob can figure it out, surely the rest of you should be able to
