The 28th Annual Milwaukee Region Sports Car Club of America Open House will be held APRIL 3, 2011 from 11AM-4PM at a new location:

Learn the secrets of sports car racing at our exciting ANNUAL SPORTS CAR RACING SHOW.
You can see high performance Hondas, Spec-Miatas, Formula Cars, and Production race cars. Among the cars that can be seen will be the Championship winning SPEED TOURING CAR from Realtime Racing, SCCA National Champions in D-Sports Racer,H-Prodution CIVIC, Solo STS Honda Civic. Each of the Road Racing Race Worker specialties, Solo events (autocross), and Rallies will be on display.
Attendees can sign up for The March of Dimes "Drive for Babies" a HIGH-PERFORMANCE DRIVING EXPERIENCE event at Road America or to be a volunteer worker at SCCA sanctioned events. You can also find out how you might compete in your own car. Get your minor SCCA id cards made and skip the wait at the track (both parents must be present to sign waiver, must be current SCCA member).
Drivers, is your car ready to race this season and sitting in the trailer? Is your car’s annual inspection due to expire soon? Do you want to avoid a long line at your first race of this season? There will be Tech Inspectors on hand to do annual inspections, or issue new cars logbooks, at the Open House. Your car should be fully prepared to race, and if you bring in all your driver’s gear we can check that too.
NEW VOLUNTEER SEMINARS will be held at 12:30 & 2:30PM. Be aware that the ramps from 894 East and West at 27th are closed. Access for trailers is best from the North bound lanes of 27th St.

Online registration is open for the Central Division Double Driver’s School and Regional Race April 29, 30 & May 1.
Registration for the Solo Drivers School is full. Online registration is open for the first Solo event April 17th at Miller Park.
The Street Survival program date is May 7th at the MATC South campus. The primary emphasis of the Tire Rack Street Survival class is a "hands-on" driving experience in real-world situations! Each participate uses their own car to learn its handling limits and how to maintain control. These classes are open to all licensed drivers between the ages of 16 and 19 and runs 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Class size is limited to 25 students
