Since I'm not familliar with the SCCA rules, I just want to make sure I'm in the right class. Here's my car

    2004 Mazda3 hatchback

Ford HD DOT 3 brake fluid
    Borla cat-back stainless steel exhaust
Falken Azenis RT 615 205/50/16 or Bridgestone RE-01R 225/50/16 tires
    AEM cold air intake
    Carbotech pads
    KVR rotors
Hotchkiss front and rear sway bars
    Vibrant header
    stainless steel brake lines

Would that be in street touring? And what street tire class would I be eligible to run in?

    Thanks

Did that header eliminate a CAT?

DSP for the emission equipment removal. If you are running a National event there is no "Street Tire" class. The Street Touring classes have to run street tires, but everyone else can run race tires. Some regions have street tire classes that you can run in at local events. Check with you region to see if and how they run it.

Only if it replaced all the cats. If it eliminated one in the header and there's still one within 6 inches of the stock location, you can run in STX.

STX, STU – Any high flow catalytic converter(s) are allowed, but must attach within six inches of the original unit. Multiple catalytic converters may be replaced by a single unit. The inlet of the single replacement converter may be located no further downstream than 6” along the piping flow path from the original exit of the final OE converter.

The Vibrant header does replace the stock cat and pre-cat, because they are part of the manifold assembly.
