Sorry, but this potential new DP guy can't find any mention of new weight calcs. for DP for next year in any of the 2011 Fastracks, and yet I heard there are some coming out. Help?

    TIA

We asked at the SEB town hall, and were informed that the weights were sent to the BOD for approval. They should come out in the big rules issue (november?)

Jim. Are these (new DP weights) what's going through? I ask because that's not the case in some of the proposed SP rules....

I don't know. I'm not involved in rulesmaking and only know what I read in Fastrack. Hopefully someone else from the PAC can clarify for us... Jim

Actually, I think you'd be Mr. 1923. You have to use the actual OEM displacement of the motor for the calculation. It's not really 1800, its 1841 (or maybe 1839... I don't recall).

    Bill-

SEB meets later this month and will decide which rules proposals to forward to the Board for their approval. Board meets around Oct. 20 - 22. And then the Board minutes are published in Fastrack.

    Welcome to DP!

It was good to meet you at SD & El Toro Bill. I hope you join us in DP. I can only imagine how fast you'd be if you put on Avons, added some cams (not t mention the benefits of a stiffer, caged, yet lighter and lower CG chassis).

    Cheers,
