Andy Hollis has done some in-depth testing of different tires that can help you make a decision on which tire is best for your car and conditions.

from 1st hand experience... running the 225 rs3 on kosei k1 15x7 is bad, and also running the 225 R1R on that rim is also bad...

two seasons invested in stubbornness, and even my hard head had to admit that the outcome was clear

i'm headed to 15x8 personally. enough!

Gene you are a true artist at the wheel and a exception to every rule. For you discussing the technical aspect of the car to find a explanation for great results would be like asking Ernest Hemingway what brand of typewriter he used to make him such a good writer. :)

Thanks for the link, they sold their last a set of 15" RS3's on Thursday but had two left and I bought them.

They say June for the next shipment.

    Good information!

With my RSX, I have always set front tire pressures to run to the pointers molded in the tire. With the Star Specs I just finished with that ended up being 38 psi on a warm dry day. I just ran my first event on the new RS3s and found I needed 39 psi to run right at the pointer. The article indicated much lower pressures worked well on the RS3s. Should I not use the pointers as a guide and instead explore the limits beyond the pointers? I run -2.6 camber on the front with 400 psi springs, although I suspect I could use more static camber.
