    Tonight!

Come one - come all! Come to the board meeting/membership meeting tonight, Wednesday, November 18. 6:30 board meeting / 7:30 membership meeting - social time afterwards.

Come out and vote (this is your club). Some positions have more than one candidate and the club needs your help to decide. This is your club!

Just to be clear, the board meeting is open to the public correct? Will the elections take place during the membership meeting or should we plan on being there at 6:30?

I just want to be clear so people can arrive at the appropriate time.

    Pulled from the website:

Business meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month at the Junior Achievement office behind Northcrest Shopping Center at 6:30 pm.

Membership meetings are also the third Wednesday of the Month at the Junior Achievement office behind Northcrest Shopping Center at 7:45 pm

November DRIFT reads that it the membership meeting will be at 7:30'ish

    http://fwscca.com/Drift/Newsletters/1109drift_nov09.pdf - page 4

Also keep in mind - Nominations are still open; voting will be on Nov 18 at the membership meeting. (also pulled from the DRIFT) So if you are wanting to run for a position, you can put yourself in for the running tonight before the votes are taken.

(Mind you, this is all information I have pulled from the DRIFT and Website - these are not my assumptions.)

It's always been my understanding that the board meeting is open to members. I think that's what you meant by "open to the public".

Correct, unless a special session is declared, which is an extreme rarity.
