I don't have an iPhone, but considering how user unfriendly scca.com is, I'm not surprised. |

SCCAFourms is not part of SCCA.co, that said SCCA.com looks as crappy on my Android phone as it does on my computer Back to SCCAForums.... It works on my Android phone, not very fast but that's probably from the ads that can't me killed with adblock yet!!!! Firefox is coming to Android very soon [:P]

Mark, i surf SCCAForums.com on my Android every day... with no issues...
We've had others with iphones say they are able to surf just fine?
I recommend switching to Verizon! [:P] Now you can have a phone that 'surfs' the net AND makes quality connected calls too!

Only one question remains...who will write the sccaforums app? I could do it but, alas, I do not own a platform that will run the SDK. Blame Apple...

That's good stuff Rick!! We're working behind the scenes to move everything over to VBulletin this winter... so once complete... my guess is iPhone will be even easier to use then! ;)

EDIT: SORRY, I ALWAYS THOUGHT THIS WAS A VB SITE, THAT PROBABLY EXPLAINS WHY IT'S TEH SUXORZ
FUNNY, THIS IS THE ONLY VBULLETIN WEBSITE I HAVE ANY ISSUES POSTING WITH
ALL CAPS LOCK IN, MOST FUNCTIONS DON'T WORK, SOMETIMES THE TEXT GOES HUGE FOR NO REASON AS ABOVE, CAN'T PASTE LINKS ETC., AND THIS IS ALSO THE MOST DESKTOP/LAPTOP COMPUTER UNFRIENDLY SITE I'VE EVER SEEN TOO

vB isn't perfect, but it's the best thing out there for high-traffic sites.
BTW - we just installed Tapatalk on our vB site and the iPhone users are loving it!

I cross post the same thread/project updates to multiple forums. SCCAForums is the only one that is different (its not vbulletin) and I also cannot login from my iPhone. Frustrating!

it's even worse with the new OS4 update, that said this site is still worse than both Apple & ATT combined somebody finally figured out how to keep me away; just make a forum that operationally sucks ... lol .

We're working on updates that will make SCCAForums.com work on an Iphone soon. I've got a lot of work to do, but have been hard at it trying to get things back in order around here :D |
