Not really, but here are some pics I snapped right after the hailstorm in Maryland Heights today. Glad my insurance is up to date! It sounded like the roof of the house was going to fall in at any second, was 5 minutes of sustained heavy hail. There is some still on the ground as I type this - 5 hours later...

    Hi John,

Same here (O'Fallon,IL). Worst and largest hail I've seen and just replaced roof three years ago for hail damage so will check it out when things dry out a bit. Surprisingly,my fifteen year old truck which was outside doesn't have a mark on it despite being covered with hail and some tennis ball sized hail on the street around it. Hope the roof is as lucky.

Wow, sorry to hear about all the damage you got hit with. I saw some of the hail reported on the news, but lucked out and only got rain in South County. I suppose that's why we pay for insurance. Good luck getting it all taken care of.

Yeah, that sucks. We got pea sized hail here in St Peters for about 5 minutes around 6:00 last night. Saw a Saturn hatch driving around today with no rear window and multiple spider webs on the windshield. Not good..

edit: Going out in the sun today it appears my TDI was hit while I was at work yesterday...Nothing terrible, about a dozen on the hood and roof, but really one ding is terrible to me...FML

    I have no car.

Same story at GMP, every vehicle on the infield lost the windshield. The "DJ" trailers were beaten up bad and all the skylights letting in the water. Some of the hail was larger than tangerines / almost baseball sized. The noise under the garage was absolutely defining, you couldn't hear someone yelling in your ear over it!! Didn't go over to the drag lot but there were probably even more people and cars there than the infield.

We have 3 out of 5 hail damaged cars here. Fortunately the newest car was in Rantoul this weekend and the S2000 was in the garage or it would've been very bad.

We were at Barnes & Noble when the storm hit in Fairview Heights. We were getting hit with golf ball size hail, our Acadia took some light damage across the hood and roof.

My cousins car was severely damaged from the hail. Her front and rear window was smashed and major dents all over the car.

Luckily Highland didn't get hardly any hail, I had the Evo sitting in the driveway and can't find any dings! (sigh of relief) ;-)
