Did anyone make a late entry? Did I leave someone out?

I pounced on a decent paddock space in 4-24a (one street south of the entry gate). Right now it's hot but breezy. There are folks from Indy in 7-1x and I think most everyone else is in 15-17 streets.

I've gone searching for an alignment as I need some camber after all. Anyone have any pictures to share?

I think you left yourself out in your SRT-4 ;)
Also, I believe Henry is co-driving in Larry MacLeod's Kart.

I'm in row 15-10 where there are a few other SBR members paddocked in the general area. It's a bit of a hike to the course, but that's what bikes and support vehicles are for.

Oh, and I've got to say that it's nice to get Monday off for Labor Day, but if you need service in Lincoln then Sunday and Labor Day are pretty much useless. HOORAY for Firestone @ 11th & P who opened at 7:00 am.

I hope to be on-site before 9:30 so I can change tires and hit my 10:00 TnT slot. I'll be walking the West course after that I bet.

And with another day complete:

Henry took a few turns of the practice course to get acquainted with this new ride.
Linda looked pretty quick out there as well, lifting that rear tire in a few spots.
I'm much happier with the car's setup after the alignment and a few more runs of TnT.

The clouds were a welcome relief today, even with a few sprinkles, and kept the temps bearable with the light breeze. Tomorrow promises to be hot and sunny again with a threat of T-storms. It does seem like there are far fewer people here for the entire week this year...

In any case, the stage is set for the concrete polishing to begin and we'll see how bad the OPR gets on the first day of competition.

Today was another HOT day. So hot that after watching the third run group, I had to leave because I was starting to get heat exhaustion.
As I was leaving, the temperature gauge in the car read 103°F!!

From what I saw, the OPR issues weren't real bad. but then again, this is the first day, and I only really saw third heat action.

Still got to get some videos from James's, and Will Loring's/ Andrew Peppler cars, and am uploading them right now (hotel internet is SLOW) so they will hopefully be up by the time I leave tomorrow.

The position if the INR members that drove today after day 1 are:
James Rose 14th in G stock
Henry Phillips 23rd in KM.

I'm not really sure if he's an INR member, but he's run a few events with us this year.

Dave Gushwa 20th in ESP

I will say that when I came back at around 7:30 as the sun was going down to do a course walk, the temperature was a lot more comfortable.

Today was a nice day for racing where the temperatures were around in the mid 80's.

Our INR members managed to improve on their position from yesterday.

James : 12th in G Stock

Henry: 23rd in KM

I'd also like to congratulate a member to the east with South bend region Bill Loring on his second consecutive national championship in G stock!

Here's his winning run on the east course.

I have more videos of James, and Andrew Peppler, but will upload those later since it's getting late right now, and my mom, and I are driving tomorrow.
