Another year polishing our turds...what have we all done...what are we doing setup wise?

Still have the 2011 mini with the following:

    - 15x7.5 konig wheels (roller or litespeeed wheels) with the 225 hankooks

    - filter on a stick with a rear muffler delete from the HS days

    - bilstein sports with swift springs, vorshlag camber plates and hotchkis race rear bar

    WISH LIST:

    - race seats

    - replacement header, cat and exhaust

    - ECU reflash

    - lightweight battery and other lighter odds and ends

    - some replacement engine mounts and such

    - more wheels

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    August 2013 update:

    - Installed Recaro Pole Position on driver's side to hold us in better (http://www.proamauto.com). Thanks John for the awesome seat and bracket.

    - Rear LCA's. H-Sport brand. BIG thanks to Way @ Way Motorworks (http://www.waymotorworks.com) for the quick delivery on this. Helped stabilize the rear of the car and allowed me to not rely on the factory bolts so much.

    - Short shifter by cravenspeed for a more solid feel. Also from Way Motorworks. This has drastically reduced my 2-3 3-2 missed shifts

    - we also got a set of 6UL wheels from 949racing.com. They are nice and light and work great on the rear where I need to tuck it in as tight as possible.

    and last but not least...

    - BFG RIVAL TIRES!!! Holy smokes these things have been great. It's hard to tell when they fall off because even when they do fall off a bit they are still fast.

    2006 Mazda3 hatch setup for 2013-

    Cornering stuff-
Mazdaspeed Accessory (KW V3) double adjust dampers
Corksport camber plates (-3 or more)
    Hotchkis rear bar
    SPC rear camber arms
    Hankook R-S3s on 18x7.5 RPF1s
    HPS pads w/ stainless lines

    Go fast(er) stuff:
Mazdaspeed Acc. CAI (removed fog light for air directly to filter)
    Borla CBE
    Highflow cat
    Hypertech reflash
    Braille battery
    Solid motor mounts all around

    Soon to come stuff:
    Custum rear spring perches
    Hyperco springs - 500f/600r
    Mazdaspeed Acc. short shifter

Car weighed 2780 at Dixie NT last year. I believe I'm close to 2700 with exhaust, intake, battery, fogs, and removing plastic covers. I haven't dyno'd the car yet with all the new stuff, but previous results on similarly modded 3s say 145+ to the ground.

Yes, you need to wear insulated boots when approaching the car when it is wet....

Seems weird to amped up about a Volt. Lets at least hope you listen to Tesla while staging.

2010 Forte SX Sedan. Still deciding on suspension for it. Wheels have are already in the garage.

17x7.5 Kosei K1's 225/45/17 RE-11's mounted (BFG Rival's will be ordered later in the season).
Likely Stance or Megan coilover's to start the season
19mm rear sway bar added to the torsion beam.
Not decided on cat-back as of yet.
stock intake with some minor modifications.

Hoping to make it to Wilmington, Peru and Nationals this year.

Well, STF is sure looking up in the SFR region! We had 5 cars and 6 drivers. 2 are in our regional novice program so there is a solid chance for the group to keep growing. Cars were 2 RSX type S, one GD Fit, one GE Fit and an '03 EP Civic Si!

I will TOTALLY try! I have to decide which one I am coming to. Currently I was planning to head to the Tour at the end of Mar... I doubt I can afford both weekends though : /

If I had to choose, I'd pick the pro only because its not on Easter but both should be fun.
