I've been going to these guys in Lynbrook http://www.cambertoe.com/wordpress/?page_id=38. They can do all the 3 things you asked. Not sure what level of service you expect, but they definitely know their stuff.

Their machine measures toe in degrees, FYI.

    Thanks for the info guys!
...also considering John Kurtzke of Goodyear Jericho if Camber Toe doesn't have an appointment open.

TKX does great work, it is just tough to get an appointment since they are always busy...

I have used John a few times and he is very good. be there early and you sit in car while he does his stuff. Make sure that you tim him well If/because he does good work. Ask him for before and after printouts and you get them.

I had gone to John for years until I moved to NJ in Dec 2010.  As a matter of fact, I was his first custom alignment customer.  I talked him into letting me sit in the car while he align and ignore the factory specs.  First he was reluctant but learned the ropes quickly.

If you know what you want (alignment specs), go to John and pay a half of what TKX would charge and be happy.  However, if you need to consult someone on your alignment specs, $150 with TKX will be very well spent.  If you go to John, tell him Sho said hi.
