Short story.  Several years ago bought an 85 RX7 GSL-SE that was already set up as a ITS car from up north.  I had just got my racing license and enthusiasm came before savvy.  After running the car in a few time trials I realized it was painfully slow no matter how badly I flogged it.  FF 2 years I converted the car to an EP car with a new 13b 6 port and gutted the car even more. The car is OK, no better than mid pack, but I think would be great in a less quicker class.  What are my options?  I thought maybe an ST class like STL but to qualify I think I will need to re-install the dashboard as all that has been gutted in the attempt to add lightness.  Any thoughts on classing for a car that removed all the dash?

If you fully prepped the car for ITS, you have a long way to go to get back to Solo ST.

I think the OP is referring to Super Touring L.

Correct.  This is most definitely not optimized as a Solo car.  So, anyone?, anyone?......Buehler?
