I'm trying to make sure I understand the classification for my 240z.  It was recommended that I go ITS or EP.

The engine is basic.  Stock cam, etc.  but it does have a 4bbl single carb instead of the 2 SU carbs. I understand that  disqualifies it?  It also has a header which I believe is ok in every class.

The EP specs for the 240z don't mention the carb (ITS does) but it does specify cam lift.

Both ITS and EP limit wheel size to 15x7 (sucky size)

Car is caged (couple mods needed) w/ATL cell, proper seat, etc.

As a novice which classification should I go for?  It seems if I change the carbs I'd be okay.

    Anything I've misstated?  Missed?

EP cars have the potential to be much faster than ITS cars.  It sounds like the car is pretty close to IT standards with all the stock parts, that might be a much easier way to go. I suggest you check out the forums are pretty active.
