Trying to figure out the right class if any at all. I've read thorough class section of scca guide and am still lost.

    2003 honda s2000
Car is supercharged making 360 WHP, but with a WG/BOV so lots of low end power. HP can be changed both up and down if need be.
    Currently on 17 x 10 wheels.
Non external reservoir coilovers 700/550 springs
    30mm front sway
    Poly spherical bushings
    engine and diff mounts
    drive shaft spacers
    RCA/Camber Adjusters
    rear toe arms
    Essex AP Racing BBK
    Wasp cooling ducts
    GT250 wing
    Wasp Splitter
    Hardtop non oem style

I think the S2000 is in ITR, but your mods put you way out of the Improved Touring world.

The SCCA doesn't really do any power::weight classes, it just does a "start with one of these cars and do no more than these mods" in it's classing. If you do one disallowed mod, you're bumped from the class into a class with a whole new slew of mods allowed. The advantages of this is they don't need to calculate the impact of each individual mod, nor do they need to bring a dyno along to verify power output. The disadvantages though are that if you take the "build the car you want and then figure out the classing later" philosophy, you'll almost always end up in a class you're not even close to competitive in.
