And yes, I do know these to be legal.
From the link: "The rear shocks feature an adjustable CIRCLIP for + 5 mm, +10 mm or -5 mm, -10 mm rear ride height."
From the rule book: Reference 13.8 A & B you cannot use this feature of those shocks - but yes everything else is legal.
Note that for about $100 average per strut/shock, you can send your current Bilsteins (if so equipped) to Bilsetin and revalved to those specs.
