Anyone have/ know of someone with a pair of OEM Speedline 17x9.5 wheels for a C5 Z06 that they want to sell? I would also be interested in the 18x10.5 rears also, but they are easier to find.

glad to hear it worked out!

I'd love a ride-along this year if you wouldn't mind?

are the speedlines gonna replace those beautiful 3 peice jobs that came with it?

The Formula 43 wheels are not SSR legal. They will have RE-71R for street/rains and the Speedlines will have the Hoosiers for when it is dry.
You are welcome to a ride in C5Z on Hoosiers, it is a fun ride.

Didn't realize SSR does not have the +-1" of wheel diameter provision!

Look forward to lots of mechanical grip!

I didn't remember that SSR did not get that allowance either till I was talking to Sam Strano about my plans. First car I have owned that I have 3 sets of wheels for and it does not even get driven once salt hits the streets.

S0, settling on SSR instead of the SSP lite you were kicking around? Don't want seats that bad?

Had to do some unexpected work on the house so the budget is not there for this year. Any money goes towards National event costs.
I bought a Corbeau A4, it is installed but I have issues with my helmet and the headliner with my seating position, even with a cut down seat base. I am working on getting the stock seat fixed, getting parts is an issue. The recliner actuator is in short supply/discontinued from what I am finding.

Andy, I have a set and a half of factory C-5 Z-06 wheels.  Four rear 18's with Hoosier A6 scrubs and two 17 fronts with A6 scrubs.  I have another 7 unmounted Hoosier 18's.  they were off my 91 corvette that my grandson Adam Shipley and I used for local autocross events.  They have been stored in my basement and not frozen in outside storage.  They came alive again when treated with Traction V.  I also have a set of 17 in Zygen  wheels with Toyo R-1s that we used on the Subie WRX and even the BRZ.

    hi Chris

Adam grad with a BS in Biology from SEMO and got a job with Fastenal who he worked for while going to college.   He has his own store in West Plains Mo and is getting married in Nov.  He and I last drove the BRZ at Gateway in 2013, he took his girlfriend around the course in the BRZ..  He may come up for one event sometime to try the new car and see his old autocross mates.
