And I prefer 70. I'm very familiar with it however, so some things people may not like about it don't even register to me. Up until KC there is very minimal construction; mainly in Columbia, but it's still 2 lanes each direction and it flows very well, you just have to slow down a little bit, which you already should because the limit goes to 60 from 70 through there. Once to KC you can either take 435 up and over or just go straight through. If you're leaving early AM on a week day, or weekend, there shouldn't much much in terms of traffic. Coming back Monday could be a different story depending on time because of people heading home from the holiday, but I will still take 70. There's something nice about knowing every crack, bump, and exit along the way.

If anyone wants to caravan, I'll be leaving St Peters/O'Fallon around 6am Thursday morning. I make very minimal stops, usually only to refuel around St Joe. Takes 6+/- hours...easy peasy.

I'll likely be caravanning as well. Need to see if my Valentine1 still works after being run over in grid Sunday...

Make Tom buy you a new one, he should know better than that. 😊

I know better than to take anything to Grid that I don't want run over, but Sunday I somehow forgot this.

Fortunately the V1 still works, just the front lens has broken off, I think I can fix that tonight with a little glue.

Yes, Tom DeYong's tire pressure gauge, my hat, and painter's tape were run over in heat 1. Luckily my hat survived, nothing else did.

I'm trying to around the RV, but not sure what time I will get there, my dad will likely be there first thing in the morning.

Hammond and I are parked next to the RV directly across from the food truck. On the end a few rows back from the front.

We have some space available near us for folks who want to spend time with Sean.
