I'm a long-time ITB racer here in FL. I'd like a vintage Vette or '65-'68 Camaro  with a logbook.

No project cars, please. Ideally, a car that has a proven race history from the 1960s.

    Thanks.

I have a car you might be interested in, a 1985 Tommy Riggins IMSA/TransAm/GTO with a long history that was built in your backyard. Faster, safer and better handling than a 60's TransAm Vette, Mustang or Camaro and much more reasonably priced. I currently have four cars and am winding down. My goal in 2017 is to be down to one car and 2-3 vintage events. To learn more abut the car, just go to Google and type in "1985 Riggins Buick Somerset IMSA/TransAm/GTO car for sale."

I think I found it. It's in Solana beach, CA, correct?
It's a good value with an extensive race history, but it's not a car that I have lust for.
A Javelin SST with a pedigree, a '66 Shelby 350GT with a provenance, a '67 Camaro that has 3 logbooks is what I'm on the hunt for.
Thanks for sharing it with me.
