1995 Miata in nearly full STS trim, ~184,5xx miles, 5 speed, pw/pm/ps/ac/cc/mp3. No rust, numerous dents, dings, scratches, cone marks. Newer top in great shape with clear plastic non-zipping window. Currently has open diff installed with Delrin diff bushings.
I bought this car back in April after selling it in 2014. Everything is good with it, my needs are going to be changing and this is the first thing that needs to go.
Car is located in St Louis, MO
AST Xida's with 700f/400r, 150# tenders and billet mounts. (OEM springs also included)
1.125" Racing Beat "race" front sway bar with Racing Beat blocks and shaft collars to limit side to side movement.
AWR Adjustable Rear Upper Control Arms with Delrin outer bushings.
Newer OEM Rubber bushings throughout rest of car with newer alignment bolts.
No rear sway installed. (OEM front and rear sways included)
HPS front pads, HP+ rears.
ATE Super Blue fluid for brakes and clutch.
Enthuzacar HF Cat
Goodwin Roadstersport Cat Back.
Joefis CAI (OEM air box included)
Tuned ECU with ~7500rpm rev limit (OEM ECU included)
Magna Core wires, NGK Plugs
Did 127hp/120ft lbs on a Dyno Jet with the previous owner. I have dyno sheets.
Mazda Motorsport Engine Mounts
15x7.5 949 6UL with RE-71R. Plenty of life remaining.
14x6 OEM Solid Spokes with 195/60-14 Falken 615's.
Pretty basic. NB1 seats with driver seat foamectomy'd. One little crack/split on the dash about the size of the head on a dime. AC works, blows cold. Speedo cable could be replaced, it's a little noisy sometimes. Cruise Control works as well. It can be a little jumpy from the speedo bouncing from the cable.
It seeps/leaks oil from rear main. Not enough to leave a puddle, just a drop on the ground, and not enough to effect the level.
The lifters tick at idle 50% of the time, the other half you never hear them. I use Rotella T6 and it's really helped with the ticking.
Recent Maintenance (less than 5k miles since)
Right after I bought the car I performed a bunch of preventative maintenace of items that typically fail or appeared old. The valve cover, cam seals, and front main seal were leaking before replacement, the rest of it was preventative.
Front main seal
Valve cover seal
Most of the large water hoses replaced
Reason for Selling:
Planning a car change at the end of the year for autox and need a little more cash to get what I want.
Asking $5500 OBO for everything Miata I have, the car as it sits, spare 14x6 OEM wheels, spare parts including OEM air box, ECU, front & rear sway, springs, and some other assorted Miata stuff. I have a hardtop as well that's in pretty good shape with rear defrost and headliner that can be negotiated into the deal.
