2010 Mazda MX-5 (NC2) built to SCCA Touring 4 (T4) specs
Car has many SCCA Majors podiums, including wins. It just finished 5th place of 40 cars at the 2017 Indy Runoffs. It was the highest finishing MX-5 and also turned the fastest lap time during the race of all the MX-5s. Current SCCA logbook and annual tech through April 2018.
Built into a race car with just over 18K on the clock for the 2015 season. Built from a totally straight donor, was not crashed (this was NOT an old Cup Car).
Car was shipped to Sean Hedrick at MiataCage who built a beautiful, roomy, strong roll cage. If you look on the MiataCage website under the SM5/T4 cage, the black car pictured is this car. Cage and interior are all professionally painted. Also includes custom rear bulkhead with access to fuel pump.

Custom driver seat base - attaches to factory seat mounts. Mounts could be removed to get driver lower if desired. I'm about 6ft tall and have lots of room.

Rear wheel bearings and hubs were replaced with Mazda OE parts in June 2017. Only two weekends, plus Runoffs on them.
Upgraded RX-8 front hub/bearings (allowed by T4 rules). Left front hub has two weekends, plus Runoffs on it. Right front has one additional weekend on it.

Comes with three full sets of 17-inch wheels, including never-raced Hoosier H2O rain tires, Hoosier R7 with two heat-cycles, Hoosier A7 with four heat-cycles. One additional set of A7s with four heat-cycles (not on rims). Each set includes one heat-cycle that was a "scrub" session per Hoosier guidelines. Probably have more Hoosiers that would be good practice tires if buyer wants them.
Three additional wheels will come with it (found a very small crack in one rim just before Runoffs, so this is not a complete set)

The car is very light - 2,750 was the minimum weight with the suspension package on the car. With a 210 pound driver, it has over 170 lbs of ballast in the passenger side and ran with minimum of 4 gallons of fuel.
Overall body condition is good. She does have a slightly dented left front fender, front and rear bumper covers have some wounds, but all pieces to make the car perfect are included with the sale. The passenger side of the car is in perfect shape. All of the graphics and stickers are in vinyl and removable.
