I have a 2012 Genesis Coupe 3.8 R-Spec that has been heavily modified. I would like to put this vehicle in a proper class. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Heavily modified is pretty vague. Details would help.

Sgreer is right, and classes are mostly based off of what mods have been done to your car. Check out the 2018 solo rules: https://dk1xgl0d43mu1.cloudfront.ne...1485463261
(I know that link looks sketchy but I promise that the link for the pdf of the rulebook)
If the rules don’t help give us a specific list of mods and we’ll be happy to help :)

I’m looking at what class now. I sent the wrong link before. Try this one
    https://dk1xgl0d43mu1.cloudfront.ne...666#page69

I think you’re in the Modified category since you turboed your 3.8. How much power are you pushing and which SCCA region are you gonna run with?

If this is your first autocross you could run novice or Seat Time Only and ask around guys there what class they think if you’re really not sure.

I’ve done autocross before under the XP class. Right now the car is pushing about 600hp.

    Hello fellow GC owner!

XP sounds about right. Pretty much the turbo + body panels take you straight there.
