Who's coming to the Sunbelt Natl Tour? What to expect? A vast expanse of WWII concrete similar to Blytheville, course design by Vivek Goel(BS/FP fame) and some good ol' Texas hospitality. FYI, there is air travel into College Station. Who's going to be there? Just guessing but here goes, Erik Strelnieks(SSM), Mark Madarash(ESP), Tommy Saunders(BM), Drew Van Der Ploeg(DP), your SEB Chair, Steve Hudson and a few others ....
Come join us!!!!!!!!!

Jon and I will be there in ASP. Hoping to make a class. Even if I didn't live within a few hours I would still make the trek. TX national events are always a blast!

I see folks already signing up! CP looks to have 5 of last year's natls trophy winners(Farris, Stroh, R. Lewis, Janish and Bartling) including CP and CPL champs. BS will be strongly contested between Ricky Crow, last year's 3rd place Bstock finisher and Vivek Goel BS Pro Finale winner! ESP is shaping up with 2011 Natl champ Mark Madarash and last year's Astock champ Dave Ogburn squaring off. Don't know what class or car Erik Strelnieks is going to enter, maybe he decides to give the FP crowd a challenge. Challengers include Tom Holt(and a tirewarmer to be named later), Rick Martinez and the Mitsubishi of Mark Berry. ST classes should be quite strong as well with Texas region's David Whitener, Hollis?, Wayne Atkins, Chris Cargill, the Maxcy's and many more. Pick a class, there should be some good competition!! The event is worth the drive!
If you want a good look at the site, try youtube and search scca 6 20 09 run3 by cbkeffer This gives a pretty good view of the site!
There are many new motels in College Station, all within 20 min of the site! Plenty of good food in the area as well!

What is the status of the street tire stock PAX class? Will it be one class with all stock class cars on 140TW tires? I looked on the SCCA web site, but could not find any information.

They have 3 on MotorsportsReg (fwd, rwd, awd). I thought there might be an announcement by now, but I've not seen anything. You can email Howard Duncan to get the correct answer since he's organizing them.

Thanks talon95,
I did not want to go into Motorspostsreg. Not knowing if they had the class or not, and not being able to get a refund from the web site.
Edit.
OK, I am signed up in road tire RWD.
Anybody know what letters I will need? Will it be RTBS for B-stock?

Course time is being targeted at 60 seconds for this one, to keep it more like Nats. I have seen/reviewed Vivek's course design and it's going to be a good one.
Shame you can't make it. :(
