    SOLD

I have for sale a Silver 1999 Miata, and it pretty well loaded (basically the later LS model). It has full power, cruise, bose stereo, body kit, tan leather/top, a/c and power steering, and 15" wheels with Kumho tires. It has just over 78,300 miles on it. I bought it used just over a year ago with 75,707 miles on it, and it was stock. I am the second owner, and the previous owner had all service done at the dealership (I have the carfax report showing so).  Last year I added a intake, header, and exhaust. Over the winter I added quite a bit more, so most items have under 300 miles on them.  I have replaced the oil, rear end oil, and transmission oil with synthetics as well.

    It has the following mods:

-Fidanza flywheel/Exedy clutch/Fidanza short throw shifter
-K&N Typhoon intake with Monsterflow heat shield
    -Brainstorm header/Goodwin midpipe and muffler
    -Toyota COP conversion
-Polished intake manifold (runners) matched to head with heat shield gasket
    -180 deg T-stat
-Custom engine damper and front strut tower brace (not in pics below, but installed)
    -Odyssey 680 battery
-MOMO steering wheel (280mm Team) w/custom hub (deletes air bag)
    -Koni shocks/GC coilovers (525 front/350 rear)
-RB hollow 1.125 front sway bar and brace kit with gearheads endlinks (no bar in rear)
-Brembo rotors/Hawk pads (HPS front/HP+ rear)
-Hidden trailer hitch and wiring harness

This would make a great streetable CSP autocross car for someone.  I drive it on the road, and it is very comfortable.

Also included are new 13x8 Rota RBs with used 235/13 V700s, tire trailer with storage box (from Harbor Freight), and all stock parts that were removed. The body is in decent shape with a few dings/scratches here and there, but the car runs and drives great. I actually hate to sell it, as it is a little go cart, but I have another sports car, and can't afford both. I am asking $12,500 OBO for everything. Here are some pics:

I'm really trying to sell it all as is, but am open to negotiations about the price and mods included (if there are parts that you do not want, they can be swapped back).  I need to sell this soon, and if there is no interest over the next few weeks, it will be returned to stock.  Please email me at gtstang55@hotmail.com with any questions.

    Thank you,

    Jason

    Re: FS: 1999 Mazda Miata

Your price is, umm... optimistic, to say the least. Hell, I bought my '99 Sport with 40k for $12,300, SEVEN years ago!

For reference, I sold my '99 Miata in August of '06 for $8500, with three sets of wheels (one with fresh Azenis, one with 40-run V710s, and one with fresh ES100 street tires), a hard top, a trailer, a professionally rebuilt motor, etc. Good luck with your sale, but if you're serious about selling it you may want to rethink your price just a bit.

    Re: FS: 1999 Mazda Miata

$10,500 would be more realistic......there is another 99  (sport actually) for a few grand more with a supercharger and more prep and lower miles for example.

    Re: FS: 1999 Mazda Miata

I would sell it for $10,500.  The price listed is not firm, I wasn't sure where to start.  I am open to offers.

    Re: FS: 1999 Mazda Miata

An interesting tidbit about your car.  This has probably the nicest interior of ANY miata of that age/millage.The tan leather is easy to F-up.....ya I have that medal on a 92 SE  :)

I think 10,500 is quite reasonable for the quality of the interior.   I assume you still have the stock wheel as well?   :)

    Re: FS: 1999 Mazda Miata

Yes, I have all stock parts.  If it doesn't sell as is within a few weeks, I'm returning it to stock and selling off the parts.  I'd rather not have to spend the time doing that though.

    Re: FS: 1999 Mazda Miata

I'm gonna give it another week, then it is getting stripped down back to stock, and sold that way.  I will sell the parts seperately.  Let me know if interested in the car.

    Re: FS: 1999 Mazda Miata

The Rota RBs/tires are no longer with the deal, but everything else would be included.  Asking $10,000 for the car as is with all stock parts and tire trailer.

    Re: FS: 1999 Mazda Miata

It looks like there is no interest as is, so I will be pulling all parts off starting this weekend, and returning it to stock (the parts will all be for sale).  If you know anyone who is looking for a economical car that is a lot of fun to drive (especially with the cost of gas), let them know about this.  It is in top running condition, and has no mechanical issues at all.  Asking $8,900 OBO in stock form.
