Renagate Sequenntial Shifters; Has anyone ever used one?

I have a Busch North Car (575hp) with a Jerico 4 Speed set up for road racing. I have limited use of my right hand and foot , and am having trouble with the Hurst Shifter and limited cockpit room. Saw one of these on the internet:
