No Peru for me, but I haven't entirely eliminated the possibility of going to Milwaukee.

    DC PRO - H Stock

    ScottH560:

BTW...congrats to Joe Austin for winning the Devens Tour (sorry so late to that one).  Wow, edging out Jacobs is a feat in itself.

Isn't that a different winner for each big event this year in HS? If so.....who wins DC Pro?! Past event winners Kevin  McIlvain, Jeff Pilson, and Joe Austin will be there. My money is on Cone or Jacobs.

(Edit: GJ Dixon is running HS, no offense guys - GJ takes the win!)

Don't forget Will Kalman out on the west side.

Well, now my co-driver is signed up....HS better fear and shake!

Up to 6 drivers...anyone else coming or is this it?  Wow, what a sucky turnout (numbers of competitors) there is...at least the competition is good.  Not one driver in the class is an overdog.

BTW...congrats to Joe Austin for winning the Devens Tour (sorry so late to that one).  Wow, edging out Jacobs is a feat in itself.

Yep, I'm in now.  I'll be the slow guy helping Scotty to warm the tires.

Hey Jeff....yes I'm going (Assuming you aren't asking Mr. Bourne). What about you? It was fun running with you and Tony in '06!

    Re: DC ProSolo

Thanks for the vote of confidence, Scott.  Keep in mind that you beat me in DC last year, though!  FYI:  I'm on borrowed Kumhos this year (from 2006), as my 2005 V710s are definitely getting crusty, to say the least.  Jeff whomped me in my own car at the second event he co-drove with me this year.  Looks like we've got a great group for DC this coming weekend.

By the way - this thread is absolutely insane - 44 pages and over 125,000 views???

    See you on Friday!

This car was faster than Will Kalman at the last local event at AAA Speedway. HS...Interesting...Surprise

    Re: HS ideas?

I drove one of those locally a few times with some off the shelf KYB's and some used Kumhos.  I was quite impressed.  They are definitely interesting.

Congrats to G.J. Dixon for his win in DC. He was on fire start to finish. Had fun running with the rest of you guys as well. Some hella close competition as always!

It looks like you should have chosen yourself for the next win earlier in the thread.  Nice driving to both of you.

Re: DC Pro 2008 - HS

So with the possibility of the Del Sol VTEC moving to HS (July Fastrack), anyone think it has a shot? Same power/torque as the 99-00 Si but smaller and lighter.

    Re: Peru NT

Unfortunatey the "reliable" Saturn for once wasn't. It didn't even survive the test'n'tune. You could still shalk it up as driver error as I choose to run it on Friday with the oil level low. I most missed the chance to even watch the Tour. The results look like it was quite the exciting class.
