Something that I don't want anyone to be surprised by is Supplemental Rule A.2 which says:
"Access to Heartland Park Topeka (HPT) begins Thursday,
September 21 at 10:00 a.m. through Friday,
September 29 at 7:00 p.m., 24 hour
access..."
This means we have to be Packed up and out of the Paddock area (outside the gate) by 7:00p.m. on FRIDAY the 29th.
HOWEVER
- we can stash out trailers and trucks in the parking lot
by registration, to be picked up sometime on Saturday morning. The
reason we need to be out of the paddock area is so that HPT can begin set up for
the run-offs immediately after 7:00pm on Friday.
