    Custom Sway bar

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a company(s) that would be able to make a custom front sway bar.  Everything offered isn't big enough to serve my purpose.  If anyone had any suggestions, that would be great.

    Thanks,

    -Mike Brausen

Saner Performance Fabrication. Email John at SANERPERFFAB@cs.com , and tell him the Erik in Milwaukee sent you!

What is the application?  Plan on sending him a stock bar as a pattern...

Yeah, I would be sending out my stock bar to him.  It will be going on my '85 Corolla GT-S.

How much did it end up costing you to have the bar made?  Also, where is this company based out of?

    Thanks,

    -Mike

    They're in Pt. St.Lucie Florida...772-873-9222.   Around $200.00 as I recall.

    Re: Custom Sway bar

Saner can take a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng time to respond to orders even for their off-the-shelf bars, so I imagine a custom bar could be an exercise in patience.

Have you considered building your own NASCAR-style bar from parts like those sold by Speedway Engineering?

John is indeed not fast--but his work is outstanding in quality, and a great value price-wise.

Hey Mike. Is the Whiteline adjustable front bar not big enough for you?

My brother and I bought one for our 86 GT-S last year. Unfortunately, we have yet to install it!

    Re: Custom Sway bar

I haven't tried it out, (will be soon enough).  However being in stock class, the sway bar and shocks are all I have to play with, so I am searching out options.
